Clip, clean and dry the nail
Clip the nail using the guide in the image. Remove any dirt, oil, or moisture from the nail. Allow it to dry completely before continuing.
Filing the nail can work as an alternative to clipping.
Slide the grip onto the nail before using adhesive. It should feel snug and should not easily fall off when the paw is lifted.
The grip only needs to cover the front of the nail and shouldn't push against any skin of the paw.
If the grip appears to be the wrong size, contact us and we'll send you a free updated size for free.

Add a small amount of adhesive
Place a few drops of adhesive inside the grip.
ONLY apply adhesive to the grip. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, avoid contact with any part of the dog except the nail. Always keep out of reach of children. Always put the cap back on after use.
Hold the SteadyGrip in position for 10 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the time it takes for the adhesive to set.
